This notice describes the CEYISSO SEAFOOD website. The company is based in Puttalam, Sri Lanka. Privacy questions go to info@ceyisso.lk.
The enquiry form asks for your name, company, email, phone, country, product interest and message. A hidden field is used to catch automated submissions and is ignored. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp later, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Enquiry details are used to reply to a business request and to keep a record of that conversation. They are not sold. They are not used for an unrelated mailing list unless you ask to hear from the company again.
When email delivery is switched on, the form is sent through Resend to the company inbox configured for the site. Until that mailbox is connected, the form does not store or forward your message. The contact page also loads a map of Puttalam from OpenStreetMap. That map is provided by a third party and may receive your IP address when it loads.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for the life of the conversation, the supply, or any legal duty that applies, and then removed.
You can ask what enquiry data is held about you, and you can ask for a correction or deletion where the law allows. Write to info@ceyisso.lk and say that the message is a privacy request, or use the contact form. If you are in a country with a specific privacy law, that law still applies.
Pages may be hosted on Vercel. The site does not use an advertising tracker. Essential hosting logs can include IP address and browser details for security. The enquiry route also limits repeated submissions from the same connection for a short period.
